I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a
BA in English + Creative Writing
It was a dream, for sure + the culmination of a 12 year journey that I am grateful to have experienced. All those sunny days and writing workshops… Swoon.
I’m attuned and certified as a Gaian Galactic Reiki Master + been a Sherpa and Crystal Fairy and Student and Facilitator with the Crystal Ashram + trained in the sacred healing art of Vedic Thai Assisted Asana with the Vedic Conservatory + traveled into the depths of Self with the Support of Sacred Mystic Circle through Rewilding + initiations through Plant Medicine, development through Fellowship and Experiential Integration + I’m a Soul Doula.

Reiki With Gaia is a unified consciousness with the Spirit of our planet, Big Mama Gaia, channeling Source frequencies in and through the energetic and manifest densities of body, mind, and Spirit. In other words, it’s Reiki + Galactic Earth and Light Body Intelligence. It is Spiritual Union with the purest living energy as it flows in and through the body. It’s Spirit Plant + Conscious Communion.
What is Galactic Reiki Lightwork?
Galactic Reiki Lightwork is an expanded, infinite channel of the Purest Living Energy – Universal Source Consciousness, accessing and opening into multidimensional awareness and Light Code transmissions. Receiving the benefits of Reiki is as simple as saying yes to the receiving, as Reiki is accessible to all of us at all times. It activates, balances, restores, heals, energizes, and opens pathways of Light in the Body-Mind-Spirit that amplify the Highest Good of those who invite it in. REIKI WITH GAIA is the organically and spiritually accessed connection with the Spirit and Divine Consciousness of our Planet, Gaia.
Reiki is a Quantum Healing Modality, meaning that it can be and is channeled, received, and facilitated through multidimensional space, time, and awareness, no matter the distance or time between the facilitator and receiver. You can be located on the other side of the planet from your Reiki practitioner and absolutely still receive the full expression and benefits of this loving energetic intelligence. This is why simply listening to a recording or watching a video offered by a Reiki practitioner works. Your saying yes to receiving opens a channel within you, and Reiki moves intelligently through you exactly, precisely, and Divinely as it is needed. Always for the HIGHEST GOOD – Reiki cannot be used for malicious reasons, ever.
What is Vedic Thai Bodywork?
Ayurvedic Bodywork (a.k.a. Ayurvedic Assisted Asana, Yoga Stretch, or Thai “massage”) is an ancient healing folk art that was developed tens of thousands of years ago in the Ayurvedic traditions which allow the receiver a surrendering release that makes way for deeper and deeper physical, mental, and Spiritual ‘openings’.
But don’t let the word Spiritual trip you up. Vedic Bodywork is, in its most basic form is a very physical modality that addresses all of the multidimensional human body systems at once. This is why it can be and often is a Spiritual experience for receivers. The depth in which any one person perceives their experience is entirely up to them and their current capacities to receive and process information within these body systems.

This intuitive practice is highly aligned with Somatic Emotional Release (S.E.R.) & Somatic Trauma Release (S.T.R) as therapies for those who are in-Souled (embodied humans.)
Ayurvedic Thai Bodywork as a practice has many benefits that are supported by modern science. It has been found to reduce the severity of headaches, decrease lower back and joint pain, increase flexibility and stamina, calm anxieties, and to energize the body, mind, and spirit. Whereas traditional Western therapeutic massage is a passive modality, Vedic Thai Bodywork is an ACTIVE modality, engaging the body’s wisdom and intelligence to achieve deep, somatic healing.
In other words, this beautiful, gentle, feels-so-good bodywork folk art supports the entire human’s health and wellness. Receivers find themselves restoring into strength, releasing chronic pain, enhancing range of motion, stamina, energy, and endurance, sleeping better, walking straighter. And their muscles feel good, too.
